Waffles!

St. Patrick's Day Green Waffles

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 egg (separated)
  • Green food coloring

1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
2. Stir in milk, oil and egg yolk until smooth.
3. Beat egg whites and fold into batter.
4. Add two drops of green food coloring. (For mixed waffles separate batter before adding color)
5. Spray iron and cook until golden. (Green waffles will start to brown on edges)
